朱×,女,25岁,因每天低热持续3月余,并有心悸、关节酸痛,血沉22mm/h,疑为“风湿痛”,于1964年9月22日起给服阿司匹林1g,一天4次,共8天。9月30日患者称近3天来两耳耳鸣并有听力减退,但听力计检查无明显异常,逐改服水杨酸钠1g,一天3次。服药10天后耳鸣加重,听力明显下降,呈神经性聋曲线,耳鸣与2,048、4,096Hz相似。即停服水杨酸钠,肌注维生素B_1 100mg,每天一次,共7天,症状无明显改善。加用康得灵600mg,每天3次。10月27日耳鸣明显减轻,听力也有所提高。2周后耳鸣消失,听力更见提高,以后逐渐恢复正常。1982年12月25日复查一次已正常。讨论水杨酸盐引起的耳鸣、耳聋较少见。一般对该药敏感者或服药剂量过大,时间过长,均可
