采用国际标准和国外先进标准是我国的一项重要技术经济政策。石油天然气总公司标准化工作的一项重要目标就是加大“采标”力度,使石油天然气工业的标准迅速与国际标准和国外先进标准接轨。鉴此,笔者就天然气工业如何进一步采标,并就和国际标准化组织天然气技术委员会(ISO/TC193)的工作接轨的问题提出一些看法,不当之处请大家批评指正。
The adoption of international standards and advanced foreign standards is an important technical and economic policy in our country. An important goal of the standardization work of the oil and gas corporation is to intensify the “adoption of standards” so that the standards of the oil and gas industry can quickly meet the international standards and advanced foreign standards. In light of this, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to further adopt the standard for the natural gas industry and put forward some suggestions on the integration with the work of the International Committee for Standardization Technical Committee on Natural Gas (ISO / TC193).
