伴随着我国加入了WTO,各行业的经济也处于飞速发展的阶段,其中建筑行业逐渐成为市场经济中至关重要的部分,因此建筑的质量也备受人们的关注,人们对建筑的质量要求越来越严格,使得建筑质量成为了影响建筑业发展的决定因素。然而,我国工程建筑的质量管理体系并不完善,依旧存在许多因素会导致工程出现质量问题。所以,怎样依靠质量控制来解决建筑工程质量是急需我们思考的问题。下面笔者将针对我国的工程建筑质量所存在的问题和影响质量的因素做简要的剖析,并提出一些相应的解决办法。

Therefore, the quality of buildings is also attracting much attention and people are demanding more and more from the quality of buildings The more stringent, making the quality of construction has become a decisive factor in the development of the construction industry. However, the quality management system of engineering construction in our country is not perfect, there are still many factors that will lead to the quality problems of the project. Therefore, how to rely on quality control to solve the quality of construction projects is an urgent need for our thinking. The author will be below for China's construction quality problems and quality factors that make a brief analysis and put forward some corresponding solutions.
