患者男 41岁。主因说话不清,口角歪斜1月余,于1985年6月19日入院。1月前家人发现其说话不清,口角轻度左偏。次日晨起上班,同事发现患者明显语言困难,口角歪斜。速来医院就诊。神经系统检查:神志清,精神好,呐吃,右侧鼻唇沟轻度变浅,闭目有力,额纹对称,伸舌不偏。四肢肌力好,腱反射对称,未引出病理反射。血压180/120。拟诊:高血压病,缺血性脑血管病。给予降血压,维脑路通,
