财务风险产生于企业外部环境的变化和企业内部控制的不足。长期以来 ,人们对企业财务风险的认识存在着很大的不足。在知识经济条件下 ,企业财务风险管理显得尤为重要 ,然而针对知识经济条件下财务风险表现出来的新特征 ,财务风险管理面临着新的问题。笔者着重针对这些问题 ,提出了如何通过构建企业财务风险新框架来达到降低财务风险的目的。
Financial risk arises from the changes in the external environment of the enterprise and the lack of internal control of the enterprise. For a long time, people's understanding of corporate financial risk has great deficiencies. Under the conditions of knowledge-based economy, the management of corporate financial risk is of particular importance. However, in view of the new characteristics of financial risk under the condition of knowledge-based economy, financial risk management is facing new problems. The author focuses on these issues, put forward how to achieve through the construction of a new framework for corporate financial risk to achieve the purpose of reducing financial risk.
