我们县养路战线的全体职工,在学习解放军以后,也掀起了一个练硬功、过得硬、养好路的“比学赶帮”活动。通过大练基本功,不仅使养路工人熟练了技术,懂得了业务,掌握了与养路有关的一切情况,而且也使工作面貌较前有了很大的改观。养路工人应当练哪些基本功呢?这在目前来说还是一个新的课题,现在就我们所摸索到的经验,提出来供大家参者。一、熟悉情况、掌握路况。对道班所管养的每段路况,每个工人都要熟悉。
