重庆市人民政府办公厅文件渝办发[2012]167号各区县(自治县)人民政府,市政府有关部门,有关单位:为进一步加快我市中小企业发展,按照《国务院关于进一步促进中小企业发展的若干意见》(国发[2009]36号)和《“十二五”中小企业成长规划》(工信部规[2011]434号)要求,我市将在“十二五”期间实施“万户中小企业成长工程”(以下简称“万户成长工程”)。经市政府同意,现就实施“万户成长工程”提出如下意见。
Documents of the General Office of the People’s Government of Chongqing Municipality are issued by the People’s Government of all districts and counties (autonomous counties) of the [2012] No. 167, relevant departments of the municipal government, and relevant organizations: To further accelerate the development of SMEs in the city, in accordance with the State Council’s proposal to further promote the development of SMEs. Several Opinions (Guofa [2009] No. 36) and the “12th Five-Year Plan” SME Growth Plan (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology [2011] No. 434) require that the city will implement the “12th Five-Year Plan” period. “10000 small and medium-sized enterprises growth project” (hereinafter referred to as “ten thousand households growth project”). With the consent of the municipal government, we hereby put forward the following opinions on the implementation of the “ten thousand households growth project.”
