针对并联型有源电力滤波器主电路电容电压起动建压时存在的电压超调和电流冲击问题,结合现有的建压控制方法,提出一种新型的软起动控制方法,在输出滤波器的网侧电感串联一电阻,改变控制对象的模型,提高电流环相角裕度,增大阻尼系数,使建压泵升过程平稳。建立改进后系统电流环结构图,从频率特性的角度分析系统的相对稳定性。从瞬时能量守恒的角度详细分析了电压环的控制机理,并给出PI参数设计方法。结合实践经验对所提方法建立Matlab/Simulink仿真模型,给出改进后及改进前的仿真波形,最后在样机上验证建压的过程和结果。仿真和实验的结果证明了所提直流电压泵升控制方法的正确性和可行性。
Aiming at the problems of voltage overshoot and current surge in capacitor voltage startup of shunt active power filter, a new type of soft-start control method is proposed based on the existing construction pressure control method. In the network of output filter A resistor in series with the side inductance changes the model of the control object to increase the margin of the current loop phase angle and increase the damping coefficient so as to stabilize the pressure build-up pump. Establish an improved system current loop structure diagram, and analyze the relative stability of the system from the perspective of frequency characteristics. From the perspective of instantaneous energy conservation, the control mechanism of voltage loop is analyzed in detail, and the PI parameter design method is given. Combined with practical experience, the proposed method is used to establish the Matlab / Simulink simulation model, and the simulation waveform before and after the improvement is given. Finally, the process and result of the pressure build-up are verified on the prototype. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed DC pump control method is correct and feasible.
