随着煤炭企业市场竞争程度日益激烈,以及煤炭企业体制改革的不断深入,合理进行资源配置,提高企业运营效率,加快企业模式转变,降低成本提高效益,已经成为煤炭企业的共识。本文介绍煤炭企业物资管理信息化建设的必要性,分析目前煤炭企业物资管理信息化建设中存在的问题,并针对性地提出了解决措施,以供同行参考。
With the increasingly fierce market competition in coal enterprises and the continuous deepening of the system reform of coal enterprises, it has become the consensus of coal enterprises to rationally allocate resources, improve the operational efficiency of enterprises, accelerate the transformation of business models, and reduce costs and improve efficiency. This article introduces the necessity of information construction of material management in coal enterprises, analyzes the existing problems in the information management of material management in coal enterprises and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems.
