以聚乙二醇(PEG)作为泥土吸附剂,研究其与聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)复配后对蒙脱土的抵抗作用,并确定最佳掺量和分子量;通过红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、总有机碳(TOC)等测试,研究了PEG抑制蒙脱土对PCE影响的作用机理.结果表明:当在体系中加入PEG后,水泥净浆流动度有大幅度提高,当PEG分子量为1000、掺量为水泥质量的0.1%时,抑制蒙脱土对PCE影响的效果最佳,水泥初始净浆流动度可提高40 mm,1h后可提高140mm.PEG抑制蒙脱土对PCE的负效应的原因分别是:PEG可优先进入蒙脱土层间;PEG能够降低蒙脱土对PCE的吸附,其吸附量由不掺PEG的46.52mg/g降到37.15mg/g;PEG能够抑制蒙脱土的吸水膨胀性,其膨胀容由11mL/g降到8mL/g.
Polyethylene glycol (PEG) was used as soil adsorbent to study its resistance to montmorillonite after it was compounded with polycarboxylate superplasticizer (PCE). The optimum dosage and molecular weight were determined. The reasons for the negative effect of montmorillonite on PCE are as follows: PEG can preferentially enter the interlayer of montmorillonite; PEG can reduce the adsorption of PCE by montmorillonite, the adsorption amount of PCE decreased from 46.52mg / g without PEG to 37.15mg / g; PEG can inhibit the water swelling of montmorillonite, the swelling capacity decreased from 11mL / g to 8mL / g.
