随着我军现代化建设的逐步推进,卫勤工作已逐渐走上了规范化、法治化轨道,各项卫勤工作大多数有了明确的规章制度。但是,关于战时飞行人员身体把关,即战时的临时停飞医学标准的规定尚不完善。笔者查阅了航空卫生工作的有关规定,仅在《海军航空卫生工作条例》第二十七条的“紧急飞行”中有“在保证安全的前提下,可适当放宽放飞条件。
With the gradual progress of our army’s modernization drive, the work of medical attendance has gradually taken the track of standardization and rule of law, and most of the medical service work has clear rules and regulations. However, the rules on the medical checkup of wartime flight personnel, that is, the temporary grounded medical standards during wartime, are not yet complete. The author consulted the relevant provisions of the aviation health work. Only in the “Emergency Flight” of Article 27 of the “Regulations of the Naval Air Sanitation Institute” contained in the "flight safety conditions, may be appropriate to relax the terms of flight.
