目的:分析研究人工呼吸机在烧伤患者ARDS治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2012年9月~2016年9月在本院进行治疗的100例烧伤患者ARDS(烧伤总面积≥50%)作为本次研究对象,按照随机分配的方式将其分为研究组和观察组,每组各79例。对两组患者采用人工呼吸机辅助治疗,且对照组PEEP参数为4~6cm H2O,研究组PEEP参数为6~10cm H2O,分析对比两组患者在治疗前后血气分析的变化,并观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:两组患者在进行人工呼吸机治疗后,患者的缺氧症状明显相对于治疗前有所改善,且研究组改善效果显著优于对照组;同时,研究组患者在人工呼吸机治疗后的临床效果明显优于对照组患者的临床效果,所有研究数据差异明显,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工呼吸机辅助烧伤患者ARDS治疗中的临床效果显著,且适当提高PEEP参数,会增加疗效,因此人工呼吸机值得在治疗烧伤患者ARDS过程中大力推广和应用。
Objective: To analyze the effect of artificial respirator on ARDS in burn patients. Methods: A total of 100 burn patients with ARDS (total burn area≥50%) who were treated in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2016 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into study group and observation group Group, 79 cases in each group. CONCLUSION: The clinical effect of ARDS in patients with BSI is significant, and increasing the PEEP parameters will increase the therapeutic effect. Therefore, it is worth to advocate and apply the artificial ventilator in the treatment of ARDS.
