正义是人类社会的道德理想和价值追求。尽管马克思没有专门的著作研究正义问题,却在他的大量著作中阐述了正义的思想。在某种程度上来说,人类社会发展的历史,也就是人民群众对公平正义进行不断追求的历史。公平正义是衡量社会和谐与否的一个关键尺度,维护和实现社会公平正义是构建社会主义和谐社会的一个重要内容。本文探讨马克思正义观与构建和谐社会的关系,对于更好的构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的理论研究意义和实践价值。
Justice is the moral ideal and value pursuit of human society. Although Marx did not have a special book on the issue of justice, he elaborated the idea of justice in his numerous books. To some extent, the history of the development of human society is also the history of the people’s constant pursuit of fairness and justice. Fairness and justice are a key measure of social harmony or not. To safeguard and realize social fairness and justice is an important part of building a harmonious socialist society. This article explores the relationship between Marx’s concept of justice and the construction of a harmonious society and has important theoretical and practical values for building a harmonious socialist society.
