Wenzhou Wazhe Container Factory is a designated factory for foreign trade production and export packaging. In 1989, it was evaluated by the Provincial Commodity Inspection Bureau and obtained the “export product packaging quality license”. In 1993, it obtained the “National Industrial Product Production License”. In 1991, the BD-1.2 export corrugated carton was awarded the provincial title. In 1993, it was evaluated by the Provincial Commodity Inspection Bureau as “a type of management enterprise”. In 1992, it was evaluated as “the largest industry industrial enterprise in the province” by Zhejiang Enterprise Evaluation Center; in the ranking of enterprise evaluation of Zhejiang Province in 1994, it entered the “provincial industry’s best Economic benefits industrial enterprises.” For six consecutive years from 1989 to 1994, it was an advanced enterprise with a profit of more than one million yuan. From 1992 to 1994, it was approved as a provincial credit-class enterprise (AAA grade) for three consecutive years. Zhang Yaoquan, the current director of the company, was the winner of the 1994 Golden Dragon Award for Outstanding Director (Manager) of Wenzhou City.
