现代企业在运营过程中,对待人力资源方面有许多不道德的地方。本文主要分析了人力资源管理中伦理缺失的现象,对其形成原因进行分析之后,提出了改善人力资源管理中伦理水平的应对措施。
Modern enterprises have many unscrupulous aspects of human resources in their operations. This article mainly analyzes the phenomenon of lack of ethics in human resource management. After analyzing the causes, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the ethics level in human resource management.
