我院于1979年收治一例巨大全耳廓鳞状细胞癌,因属罕见,报导于下: 申××男性 78岁农民住院号19643自述左耳出现包块、奇痒、流血半年。约半年前发现左耳廓上部有一包块约枣粒大、痒,流水,以为冻伤所致,未予诊治。因肿物继续长大,于入院前22天包块出血到某院求治,并因活检肿物迅速长大有恶臭、奇痒。由于活检证实为鳞状细胞癌而转来院。
In 1979, our hospital received a huge case of auricle squamous cell carcinoma, which was rare and reported as follows: Shen × × male 78-year-old farmer hospital number 19643 readme left ear appeared mass, itching, bleeding for six months. About half a year ago, it was found that there was a mass of the upper part of the left ear, about the size of the jujube, itching, running water, which was caused by frostbite and was not diagnosed and treated. As the tumor continued to grow up, the mass was bleeding for 22 days before admission to a hospital for treatment, and there was a foul odor and an itching as the biopsy mass rapidly grew up. The hospital was transferred to a biopsy confirmed as squamous cell carcinoma.
