我国高校实行全面“并轨”后,使普通地方高校早就存在的贫困生现象开始凸显。贫困生中因贫困而带来的负面效应也显得越来越突出。在激烈的大学生就业竞争中,贫困生是弱势群体,他们没有雄厚的经济基础和社会关系,只能靠自己努力。不断增加的就业成本和不良社会现象,使他们感到前所未有的就业压力。面对就业,他们彷徨、恐惧、无助。如何做好贫困生就业工作,建立新形势下贫困生就业体制,成为高校就业工作一个新的问题。
After the implementation of a comprehensive “merger” in colleges and universities in our country, the phenomena of impoverished students already existing in ordinary local colleges and universities have begun to become prominent. The negative effects of poverty among poor students are also becoming more and more prominent. In the fierce competition for employment of university students, the poor students are the disadvantaged. They do not have strong economic foundation and social relations and can only rely on their own efforts. Increasing employment costs and adverse social phenomena make them feel less stressed about employment. In the face of employment, they are anxious, fearless and helpless. How to do a good job of poor students employment, establish a system of employment of poor students in the new situation, a new issue of employment in colleges and universities.
