Peripheral blood lymphocytes stimulated by PHA after a short period of in vitro culture, embryogenic transformation occurs, began to proliferate. This system is commonly used in cellular and cytogenetic studies and has also been used to detect chromosomal damage by exogenous mutagens and the immune response of the blood. All of these studies require a deep understanding of lymphocyte proliferation characteristics. We used autoradiography, combined with cell photometry, to analyze DNA changes in embryogenic transformed lymphocytes. Six groups of human peripheral blood into PHA-containing RPMI1640 culture medium, 37 ℃ for 72h. Before harvested cells, each group
