高职学生自主学习能力较弱,主要是由于学生自我效能感低、缺乏明确目标、知识基础差、缺少自我监控能力,以及高职院校教学有效供给与学生实际需求存在矛盾等原因造成的。高职院校应注重激发学生学习动机,开展职业规划帮助学生确立学习目标,并依据学生需求推进课程体系建设和课堂教学模式改革,使学生形成一定的自主学习能力。
The weak self-learning ability of higher vocational students is mainly due to the low self-efficacy, lack of clear goals, poor knowledge base, lack of self-monitoring ability, and the contradiction between the effective supply of teaching in higher vocational colleges and students’ actual needs. Higher vocational colleges should pay attention to inspire students’ learning motivation, carry out career planning to help students establish learning objectives, and according to student needs to promote curriculum system construction and classroom teaching reform, so that students form a certain degree of self-learning ability.
