自1984年以来,我县妇幼保健院狠抓了农村儿保三级网的建设,现已形成了比较健全的三级保健网和较巩固的儿保专业队伍.这里将组建儿保三级网的实践和体会介绍一下. 一、基本情况全县有21个乡(镇),277个自然村,共24万人口.0～7岁儿童43 401人,县级儿保医生6人,乡儿保医生21人,村儿保医生477人. 二、各级保健网的职责一级保健网是县妇幼保健院.有儿童保健医生6名(主治医师1名、儿保医师4名、儿保医士1名),负责组织、计划和指导全县的儿
