分析19例原发性胃恶性淋巴瘤临床表现特点及其易误诊的原因；治疗以手术切除加放疗、化疗，可明显提高5年生存率。
The clinical manifestations and misdiagnosis of 19 cases of primary gastric malignant lymphoma were analyzed. Treatment with surgical resection plus radiotherapy and chemotherapy significantly increased the 5-year survival rate.
