在数字化制造环境下,针对设计数据无法直接应用到制造阶段的情况,研究飞机钣金零件制造数据集。根据数字化要求并结合钣金制造工艺特点,分析了钣金制造数据集的范围定义、数据组成及组元关系,对经验知识进行总结,依照各制造状态工艺特点和数据表达方式完成数据集层次构建,使设计数据顺利转变为制造数据。在CATIA环境下开发完成飞机钣金制造数据集系统,系统对几何特征信息和非几何信息分开组织管理,实现了制造数据的快速集成,帮助工艺人员提高飞机钣金的设计生产效率。
In the digital manufacturing environment, for the design data can not be directly applied to the manufacturing stage, the aircraft sheet metal parts manufacturing data set. According to the requirements of digitization and the characteristics of sheet metal manufacturing process, the range definition, data composition and component relationship of sheet metal manufacturing data set are analyzed. The experience knowledge is summarized, and the data set level construction is completed according to the manufacturing process and data representation , The design data smoothly transformed into manufacturing data. In the CATIA environment, the aircraft sheet metal manufacturing data set system is developed and completed. The system organizes and manages the geometric feature information and the non-geometric information separately, realizing the rapid integration of the manufacturing data and helping the craft personnel to improve the design and production efficiency of the aircraft sheet metal.
