由于宠物数量的急遽增多和动物致害的日渐增加,我国对动物致害的立法明显滞后,本文从一起动物伤人致死案件出发,探讨了在我国动物致害的刑事法律完善问题。
Due to the rapid increase in the number of pets and the increasing number of animal-induced deaths, our country’s legislation on animal-induced injury has lagged far behind. This article explores the perfection of the criminal law of animal-induced injury in China from a case of animal lethal death.
