近年来,水利水电勘测设计系统采用计算机进行信息处理已做了不少工作,编制了许多应用软件,在提高管理水平上起了一定的作用。但这些应用软件基本上是单项作业管理,缺少统一规划,在软件开发的标准化及系统间相互连接上也考虑不够。为了提高水利水电勘测设计系统管理水平,水利水电规划设计研究总院(以下简称水规总院)决定建立水利水电勘测设计系统管理信息系统(MIS)。它的实现可使各级领导及时准确地获得各方面的信息,以便根据实际情况做出正确决策;利用系统的资源共享,能直接将生产、管理信息传递给各职能部门,以减少基层管理人员、生产人员的重复性和事务性工作,提高工作效率。
In recent years, water conservancy and hydropower survey and design system using computers for information processing has done a lot of work, compiled a lot of application software, to improve the management level played a certain role.
