滥泥坪矿铜矿石中伴生有稀散元素锗。经浮选,锗大部分富集于铜精矿中。铜精矿经鼓风炉熔炼,锗呈GeO、GeS形态挥发,进入烟气;烟气经收尘系统得出两种含锗烟尘:一种为布袋和表面冷却烟道尘(简称细尘),含锗0.085~0.27%;另一种为旋涡收尘器烟尘(简称粗尘),含锗0.01~0.03%,含铜9.1~14.6%。过去竟将粗尘当做铜精矿使用,而使其中的锗白白地损失了。
Overcast mud ore copper ore associated with scattered elements of germanium. After flotation, most of germanium is enriched in copper concentrate. The copper concentrate is smelted by a blast furnace, germanium is GeO, GeS volatile form, into the flue gas; flue gas obtained by the dust collection system contains two germanium-containing fumes: one for the bag and surface cooling flue dust (referred to as fine dust) Germanium 0.085 ~ 0.27%; the other is vortex dust collector dust (referred to as coarse dust), containing germanium 0.01 ~ 0.03%, containing 9.1 ~ 14.6% copper. In the past, the use of coarse dust as a copper concentrate actually caused the loss of germanium in it.
