为贯彻华主席关于中低品位磷矿利用要“总结经验,加以推广”的重要批示,辽宁省石油化工局根据[76]油化情字第22号文委托,经辽宁省委批准,于今年三月二十五日至三十一日,在辽阳市召开了全国中低品位磷矿利用技术交流会,计有二十二个省(市、自治区)、120个单位的143名代表参加。会议由辽宁省石油化工局领导同志主持,石油化工部科技情报研究所、石油化工部化学矿山局,以及辽阳市计委的有关负责同志也参加了会议。
