我院于1994年5月～1995年10月将感染性腹泻患儿随机分成两组。治疗组以氧氟沙星15～18mg/kg·d,分3次口服,共40例,男24例,女16例;年龄4～12月7例,～3岁14例,～6岁11例,～12岁8例。对照组用头孢哌酮80～100mg/kg·d,分2次静滴,共40例,男21例,女19例;年龄4～12月9例,～3岁16例,～6岁9例,～12岁6例。两组基本情况无差异,疗程均<7天。疗效判定:痊愈为3～5天热退,无腹痛、里急后重,脓血便或粘液便消失,大便镜检正常,培养阴性;显效指3～5天上述4项中1项未正常;无效为>5天病情改善不明显。结果:治疗组痊愈37例,显效1例,无效2例,有效率95％;对照组痊愈35例,显效2例,无效3例。有效率92.5％。x~2=0.15,P>0.5,统计学处理无差异,随访近4年,治疗组患儿未发现负重关节软骨的损害。氧氟
