目的考察丹参肌苷粉针与注射液的不溶性微粒。方法对该两种剂型分别用5%GS,0.9%NS稀释后进行不溶性微粒测定。结果两种剂型的微粒数差别不明显。结论该两种剂型均可用5%GS、0.9%NS作稀释溶媒。
Objective To investigate the insoluble particles of Salvia miltiorrhiza inosine injection and injection. Methods The two formulations were diluted with 5% GS, 0.9% NS after the determination of insoluble particles. Results There was no significant difference in the number of particles between the two formulations. Conclusion Both formulations can be diluted with 5% GS and 0.9% NS.
