我们为了了解学生营养状况,在南京地区曾选择了一个比较有代表性的中学校,进行了一次调查工作。在五天的调查期中,除膳食调查外,还选择了6个班级的在校用膳同学257人作了体征检查及暗适应能力的测验。通过这些调查发现了该中学学生的营养在质量和来源的分布上都是不大合乎要求的,特别是甲种维生素、核黄素、钙质等营养素的供给方面,存在着严重缺乏现象,此外,三餐热量分配也不适当(早餐热量过少)。其次在饮食卫生和饮食环境等方面也还有再进一步改善和科学管理的必要。针对这种情况,我们特提出以下建议:
