一、前言公司各个用氧户需要多少氧气?第一炼钢厂需要多少氧气?由于未曾系统地作过实际标定和科学计算,因而尚不能够做出准确的回答。显然,这给公司合理调配氧气用量带来困难。由于制氧机的氧气产量是稳定的,而用氧户的用氧量则是按工艺要求时断时续或者要进行调量操作。所以不可避免地造成有时氧气过剩而被迫放散,或者氧气供不应求。要减少氧气的放散量最根本的措施是组织全公司均衡生产,有足够大的储氧罐和一定数量的缓冲用户等。但是实施这些措施则
