难治性哮喘对多种治疗均有耐受性。我们对用常规止喘药物不能控制的11例难治性哮喘用酚妥拉明静脉注射,速尿超声雾化吸入并转移因子双足三里穴位注射,取得了满意的疗效。现报告如下。1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料:男5例,女6例;年龄12～60岁。均有哮喘史。3例合并慢性支气管炎,3例并有慢性阻塞性肺气肿,1例合并肺源性心脏病。全部病例在治疗前均用过氨茶硷、非那根、激素及抗感染治疗,均不能完全控制哮喘发作。1.2 治疗方法:先用酚妥拉明10mg加50％葡萄糖40ml,15～20分钟静脉推注。必要时6小时后重复注
Refractory asthma is resistant to a variety of therapies. We used conventional anti-asthma drugs can not control the 11 cases of refractory asthma with phentolamine intravenous injection of furosemide, ultrasonic inhalation and transfer factor two-foot Sanli acupoint injection, and achieved satisfactory results. The report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information: 5 males and 6 females; aged 12 to 60 years. Have a history of asthma. 3 patients had chronic bronchitis, 3 patients had chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema, and 1 patient had pulmonary heart disease. All cases were treated with aminophylline, phenergan, hormones and anti-infectives before treatment, and neither fully controlled the onset of asthma. 1.2 treatment: first with phentolamine 10mg plus 50% glucose 40ml, intravenous injection of 15 to 20 minutes. Repeat after 6 hours if necessary
