绩效考核与管理已被众多企业所采用,设计的合理,绩效管理会成为企业目标实现不可缺少的管理工具和手段;但在实际运用中仍存在一些难点和问题,本文在阐述绩效考核与管理内涵的基础上,说明企业绩效管理的目的及其重性。结合自己工作多年的管理经验,分析存在的难点和问题,探讨企业如何有效实施绩效考核与管理。
