将来自两个冬大麦栽培品种和一个春大麦杂交的试验系与耐黄矮病的几个大麦品种在接种与不接种下进行穴小区对比试验.成熟时,对植株的性状——越冬存活率、株高、有效分蘖及生物学产量——进行了考查.由于春性亲本越冬死亡,用上述性状无法将试验系与耐黄矮病的亲本进行比较,因此试验用以下两个指标来衡量这些试验系的耐黄矮病性:(1)植株所有性状在接种与不接种下有无差异;(2)由感染大麦黄矮病引起上述各性状降低百分数平均值作为病菌危害的评分.
A pilot study of cross between two winter barley cultivars and one spring barley and several barley cultivars resistant to yellow dwarf disease were conducted inoculated with and without inoculation for comparison of cave cells.
