目的:探讨联合应用康妇炎胶囊、保妇康栓对宫颈糜烂(Cervical erosion,CE)的治疗效果。方法:根据我院2015年6月-2016年6月收治的80例CE患者的治疗方案不同,将其分为实验组(n=40,应用康妇炎胶囊、保妇康栓)及对照组(n=40,应用保妇康栓),比较两组治疗效果。结果:实验组患者外阴瘙痒消失时间、白带恢复正常时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组治愈率及临床总有效率分别为为62.50%、97.50%,均显著高于对照组40.00%、85.00%(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用康妇炎胶囊、保妇康栓可有效提高CE治疗效果、加速患者康复,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of combined application of Kangfeiyan capsule and Baofukang suppository on Cervical erosion (CE). Methods: According to the treatment plan of 80 patients with CE treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016, they were divided into experimental group (n = 40, application of Kangfeiyan capsule and Baofukang suppository) and control group (n = 40, the application of Baofukang suppository), the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The disappearance time of vulvar pruritus and the recovery time of leucorrhea in experimental group were significantly shorter than those in control group (P <0.05). The cure rate and total effective rate of the experimental group were 62.50% and 97.50%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group 40.00% and 85.00% (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Kang Fuyan capsule and Baofukang suppository can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of CE and accelerate the rehabilitation of patients, which is worth to be popularized.
