本文报道了自制硝酸甘油膜控释系统与对照品Transderm—Nitro的体外与在体释放性能的研究结果。数据表明,自制膜剂具有与对照品相似的控释特性,即给药后24小时内同剂量自制膜剂与对照品的家兔血药浓度分别为5.18±0.42与4.93±0.82mg/ml;人体上用药24小时后。两者的累计释放量为0.51±0.057与0.62±0.043mg/cm~2。据此,可认为自制膜剂能代替Transderm-N(?)用于心绞痛的防治。
In this paper, we report the results of in vitro and in vivo release properties of homemade nitroglycerin membrane-controlled release system and the reference substance Transderm-Nitro. The data show that the self-made film-coated film has the similar controlled release characteristics as the reference film, that is, the rabbit plasma concentrations of self-made film-coated tablets and the reference standard within 24 hours after drug administration are respectively 5.18 ± 0.42 and 4.93 ± 0.82 mg / ml; 24 hours after the human body medication. The cumulative amount of both released 0.51 ± 0.057 and 0.62 ± 0.043mg / cm ~ 2. Accordingly, self-made film can be considered as a substitute for Transderm-N (?)
