随着我国经济的快速发展,国家的基础设施建设及城镇化建设速度不断加快,人们的物质生活水平也在不断提高,越来越多的人开始进城工作,这也促进了我国城市化发展的速度,工程建设规模不断加大。工程建设投资巨大,工期又长,因此非常有必要对工程施工成本进行管理控制,但工程施工成本管理非常困难,在管理过程中经常会遇到各种各样的问题。本文主要对工程施工成本管理存在的若干问题及其对策进行了研究,主要从工程施工成本管理的相关概述、工程施工成本管理的基本原则、工程施工成本管理过程中存在的问题以及解决工程施工成本管理过程中存在问题的相应对策这四个方面进行了具体的阐述。
