老年胃癌患者因基础代谢进行性降低,重要脏器功能衰退,故对各种治疗的耐受性相对降低、毒性反应增加,常难以耐受铂类化疗方案,而蒽环类药物因心血管不良反应使其应用受到限制。替吉奥胶囊是新型氟尿嘧啶类口服抗癌药物,1999年于日本首次上市,主要用于胃癌和头颈部癌的治疗。2009年7月—2011年11月,我科应用国产替吉奥胶囊治疗晚期胃癌33例,疗效满意,且患者耐受性好。现分析报告如下。
