2000年以来,浙江省委省政府为促进区域经济协调发展采取了一系列的措施,制定了符合各地特点、发挥比较优势的区域发展战略,加大了扶持欠发达地区的力度,经过艰苦努力,我省25个欠发达县和3个海岛县的综合实力明显提升,自身发展能力逐步提高,人民生活水平日益改善,欠发达地区进入了经济社会健康较快发展的新时期。
