企业的社会责任要求企业必须超越把利润作为唯一目标的传统理念,强调在生产过程中对人的价值的关注,强调对消费者、环境、社会的贡献。强调企业履行社会责任,不仅不意味着放弃利润,并且能导致稳定的长期利润。我国快速发展的经济正进入转型期,但许多企业社会责任意识薄弱,在履行社会责任方面存在较为严重的问题,且原因复杂。要从根本上改变局面,促进企业自觉履行社会责任,需要在政府主导下采取一系列综合治理措施。
