本文以上海市郊区城市化过程中出现的矛盾和问题为例，在分析其产生的原因后，对农村城市化过程中应如何保障农民利益问题进行探讨，并提出了六项对策。
Taking the contradictions and problems in urbanization of suburban areas in Shanghai as an example, this paper analyzes the causes of rural urbanization and discusses how to protect the interests of farmers in rural urbanization and puts forward six countermeasures.
