文中介绍了美国森伯斯特岩石开挖技术公司(SunburstExcavation)开发的一种岩石破碎新方法,其实质是在钻孔中装填推进剂以高压气体在岩体中产生贯通式推形裂隙系,再用机械破碎连续开挖岩石;介绍了推进剂的单耗和单次破碎量的性能特点以及破碎地震效应、粉尘、有毒气体和噪声等环境影响特性;阐述了以这种锥形裂隙破碎技术为基础的新式连续开挖机械的合理设计以及在采矿工业和建筑工业中推行这种新技术所应采用的方法。
In this paper, a new rock breaking method developed by SunburstExcavation is introduced.
