Henry David Thoreau, famous master of ecological literature of the 19th century, warned the world with his unique ecological wisdom. Investigate its origin, from Thoreau’s life course, we see Thoreau love nature’s personality and experience. From the close relationship between Thoreau and Concord, we feel Concord’s kindness toward the transcendentalist and intellectual thinker Thoreau. From the cross-cultural origins of Thoreau, Thoreau absorbed the quintessence of Eastern and Western cultures.
