内皮功能障碍在心血管疾病的发病机制中起着重要作用。本文复习近期国内外文献 ,对内皮功能障碍的危险因素及治疗对策做一综述。

Endothelial dysfunction plays an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases. This review of recent literature at home and abroad, the risk factors of endothelial dysfunction and treatment strategies are reviewed.
