在简述当前企业培训在线学习的制约因素的基础上,结合Information Commons(IC)的基本架构和特征,提出了在IC环境下的企业学习服务流程模式。
On the basis of briefing about the restriction of online training for current enterprise training, this paper puts forward the mode of enterprise learning service process in IC environment based on the basic structure and characteristics of Information Commons (IC).
