著名教育家陶行知先生说过“学高为师,身正为范”。要为人师,成其范,只有不断的反思、探索学习,从不同的层面审视自己的言行,让自己不断进步,不断强大。学生才能通过我们吸收到更多的养分,才能在生活的道路上避开更多的弯路,对前方的人生看的更远,走的更快。面对职业教育对象的特殊性,面对中等职业学校当前职业教育的严峻挑战和大力度的改革,作为中职教育改革的践行者,作为教育的中坚力量——班主任,我们义不容辞。

To be a teacher, to become his example, only constant reflection, exploration and study, from different levels to examine their own words and deeds, so that they continue to progress and continue to be strong.
