The present situation and development trend of metering and control system for port oil terminals at home and abroad are introduced in detail. The composition and assumption of automatic metering, monitoring and management system for port oil terminals are introduced in detail. It is pointed out that the modernization of port oil terminal production equipment and technology as well as the computer control technology are the necessary conditions for the modernization of port oil terminals.
