本文所介绍的方法是应用“圆柱法”的测量原理,在万能工具显微镜上用圆弧目镜(俗称“R镜头”)中半径已知的圆弧取代圆柱,并与仪器的纵、横坐标系统配合进行测量,因而较之“圆柱法”操作简便,测量精度高。 测量中常用镜头内的圆弧在几个方向上与样板轮廓相切,所以一般只用分划板上标称值为R0.1—R1.5毫米的29个同心圆进行测量,并采用更换不同倍率物镜的方法扩大测量范围。
