加强农村法治建设是依法治国的重要组成部分。当前我国农村法治建设取得了很大成就。但在农村治理过程中,基层干部法治意识淡薄、法制建设滞后执法不严,法制宣传不足等问题依然存在。因此,要就需要通过加强农村法律宣传,加快农村立法进程,加大农村执法力度等措施予以完善。
Strengthening the legal construction in rural areas is an important part of governing the country according to law. At present, great achievements have been made in the construction of the rule of law in rural areas in our country. However, in the process of rural governance, grass-roots cadres have a weak awareness of the rule of law, laggard law enforcement and lax enforcement of laws, and the legal publicity issues remain unresolved. Therefore, it is necessary to improve measures that need to be done by strengthening publicity in rural areas, speeding up the process of rural legislation and strengthening law enforcement in rural areas.
