2003年10月24—25日,铁路科技工作座谈会在沪召开。铁道部陆东福副部长到会并发表重要讲话,铁道部副总工程师、科技司司长耿志修作了“加快技术创新步伐,促进铁路跨越式发展”的主报告。会议期间,与会代表参观了上海铁路分局安全监管中心,观看了沪宁线安全监管信息演示。
October 24-25, 2003, Railway Scientific and Technological Work Symposium was held in Shanghai. Vice Minister Lu Dongfu of the Ministry of Railways attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. Geng Zhixiu, deputy chief engineer of the Ministry of Railways and Director of the Science and Technology Department, made a main report titled “Accelerating the pace of technological innovation and accelerating the development of the railway by leaps and bounds.” During the meeting, delegates visited the safety supervision center of Shanghai Railway Branch and watched the safety supervision information demonstration of Shanghai-Nanjing Line.
