眼内纤维组织增生常是眼球穿孔伤和增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变预后不良的重要原因。因此,研究眼内细胞增生的病因病理,对防治眼外伤后增殖性眼底病变,具有重要意义。本文就近三年来的有关进展综述于下。一、眼球后节顿挫伤和穿孔联合伤眼球穿孔时多伴有顿挫伤。有时因挫伤引起的驱逐性脉络膜出血比单纯裂伤更严重。挫伤所致的脉络膜血管扩张,在早期玻璃体手术时又可能引起严重出血。因此有必要设计一种穿孔和挫伤联合伤模型。猪眼巩膜较厚,解剖上也类似人眼,比较适合此种实验。用0.22mm口径的单发气手枪射出平头子弹,弹丸重0.57克,速度33.3米/秒,能量0.32焦耳,可造成“标准”的眼后
